Dr. Jennifer Crown comes to Valley Vision Associates after three plus years of clinical practice at the VA hospital in Walla Walla where she completed her residency and served in the position of staff optometrist and instructor to residents and students of optometry. Dr. Crown has extensive experience in the day-to-day management of ocular disease including diabetic and hypertensive retinopathy, glaucoma and macular degeneration.

She brings to the community the field of eye care called Low Vision. Low Vision services involve training patients with sight loss to utilize their remaining vision through special eyewear and other independent aids.

Jennifer was raised in Sherwood, Oregon. She enjoys backpacking, running and has recently begun downhill skiing and riding motorcycles.
